Scope of Services
Jason Kibbey Safety Consulting will provide the services as described in the contract between Jason Kibbey Safety Consulting and its clients.
Payment Terms
Payment of services is due as outlined in the contract between Jason Kibbey Safety Consulting and its clients.
Confidentiality
Both Jason Kibbey Safety Consulting and its clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed to the other party.
Intellectual Property
The client retains ownership of any intellectual property provided to Jason Kibbey Safety Consulting for the purpose of performing the services.
Jason Kibbey Safety Consulting retains ownership of any intellectual property created as a result of performing the services unless otherwise stated in the service contract.
Limitation of Liability
Jason Kibbey Safety Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services.
Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Jason Kibbey Safety Consulting harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the client's breach of contract or the client's use of the Services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a contract for cause due to default, breach of contract, mutual agreement, force majeure, or expiration of term.
Upon termination, the client shall pay all outstanding fees.
Governing Law
Contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Individual contracts between Jason Kibbey Safety Consulting and the client may contain additional terms and conditions.
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refund requests must include the original order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation for the refund.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be granted for services that were not performed as agreed upon or due to a breach of contract by the service provider.
Refund Process
Once a refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of our decision.
If a refund is approved, we will process it within 5 business days.
